Slight Distort Suite v3.2.1 for macOS (by Slight Labs)
=====================================================

Contents
  Slight Distort Suite.vst3       VST3 plugin
  Slight Distort Suite.component Audio Unit (AU) plugin, for Logic Pro / GarageBand etc.

Both are universal binaries (Apple Silicon arm64 + Intel x86_64), macOS 10.13 or newer.
They are ad-hoc signed only (NOT signed with an Apple Developer ID, NOT notarized),
so macOS Gatekeeper will block them the first time until you allow them (step 3).

Install
  1. Quit your DAW.
  2. Copy the plugins into your user plugin folders (create the folders if missing):
       Slight Distort Suite.vst3       ->  ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
       Slight Distort Suite.component  ->  ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
     In Finder: Go menu > Go to Folder... and paste the path.
     (Or install for all users in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 and /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components.)

  3. Remove the download quarantine (right-click > Open does not work for plugins).
     Open Terminal and paste these two lines:
       xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/"Slight Distort Suite.vst3"
       xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/"Slight Distort Suite.component"

     If macOS still says it "cannot verify the developer" when your DAW scans it:
     open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down, click "Allow Anyway"
     next to the Slight Distort Suite message, then rescan / restart the DAW.

  4. Open your DAW and rescan plugins. Logic Pro: if the AU does not appear, run
       killall -9 AudioComponentRegistrar
     in Terminal, then open Logic's Plug-in Manager and click "Reset & Rescan Selection".

Uninstall: delete the two files from the folders above.
